There is a bearded gentleman who works in the kitchen, I didn't catch his name but I think he is a chef. Something about him transferred my subconscious to a far away place. My heart felt warm and cozy. When I bit into his lamb shank my mouth exploded with flavor. I believe I tasted a hint of rosemary and fig. A truly spectacular experience.
