The Garden Grove

About

Guests will feel as if they have been transported to the tranquil gardens of Central Park after stepping into the Garden Grove restaurant in the Walt Disney World Swan Resort. The centerpiece of this unique restaurant is a beautiful 25-foot oak tree, adorned with twinkling lights and paper lanterns, a true spectacle for diners. During the day, families can feast in the park-like atmosphere while bright sunlight from the restaurant's tall windows illuminates the room. In the evening, the lights are dimmed and the oak tree centerpiece shimmers while guests dine under street lamps in a magical oasis. The young at heart will also enjoy Disney character dining at dinner nightly and for breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays. Garden Grove is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.

Questions & Answers

Yes. I was there just two weeks ago.

Hummm, that would be a good question, toask the staff, and research. It might even be a good book, in the making.

This hotel is not owned by Disney. I wasn't able to use a Disney gift card but I was able to use Marriott rewards points. Things on Disney property change often so I don't think it would hurt to ask. You can always use a Disney Gift Card at restaurants at other resorts, the parks, or Disney Springs.

While the property is right by yacht club and the Boardwalk WITH boat access to parks, it is NOT technically a Disney hotel. So no free magic band, however you can purchase a magic band and link your ticket to it. It just will not unlock your hotel room. You will however be able to have the magic hours here. Honestly it's just like being "on" property. It's just technically not. I just stayed here a few weeks ago and absolutely loved it. Very comparible to the boardwalk Disney hotels but more affordable. You can get good deals here too

Hollywood Studios and Epcot

Yes the Swan and Dolphin are Marriot managed properties since the SPG was purchased.
