Platter's

This isn't just a chocolate store. This is a chocolate superstore, coffee house, and ice cream parlor. If you have never had orange chocolate, you have to try it. In fact, be sure to try either the orange hot chocolate, or the orange chocolate coffee. WOW! This place has never disappointed. Be sure to pick up some chocolate and a coffee and enjoy the beautiful store.

Orange chocolate hot fudge and orange chocolate soft serve changed my life. It’s high quality ice cream and fudge, as if they turned a chocolate bar into fudge and ice cream - no skimping on the rich flavor. there are separate ordering stations for ice cream, coffee, and candies. I stopped at all 3 and was very pleased. Coffee was brewed perfectly, chocolates were awesome, and so was the ice cream. prices are fair. the best part about this place is the environment, you can see the “factory” part of the shop behind glass walls and it makes for a great experience. i will be back!

I've loved Platter's since they opened! On this particular visit, I told the gal behind the counter that I wished they had Vernor's ginger ale, because I didn't see it listed on their board for a float. A few seconds later, she turns around with a can!! Just add a Vernor's float (some people call them Boston Coolers) to the list of what I like at this place!!
