Pho Viet Flare

The food was great! Like many Vietnamese places, it has very fast service. In addition to my soup, I ordered their Vietnamese iced coffee (which I've had at other restaurants). They served it for me to pour myself, and within seconds of me struggling to do so, showed me how to do it correctly.

I've been to this fantastic Pho spot 3 times now and the service and food have been so good everytime. It's a pleasant atmosphere always clean and the staff are always smiling and helpful.

I have been getting pho here for three years and have not been disappointed once. Everytime I try a different place, I always end up back here. Like other reviews, the food and service is consistent. I get tofu rolls with no noodles or the crispy rolls, plain noodle in chicken broth. The broth is greatx fresh and hot, and the rolls are cooked right. I think they should charge less for the small plain noodles, but it's a small difference and knowing I'm going to leave happy is worth it
