We spent 2 hours in there. My hamburger was raw. I noticed when I got home with my leftovers. Very slow. When I went to the old location it was pretty fast and had great food. I wasn't to thrilled this time around.

I would give them zero stars if I could.The service was the worst service I've ever had. They did not seat us for 20 minutes because they thought our whole party was not there even though we told them we were all there multiple times. Then, they took an hour to serve us our appetizers after ordering. The burgers took even longer than that. When the burgers came one of the orders was wrong and when we told them they didn't believe us. After asking for the bill, it took 20 minutes for them to give it to us. After having our cards, it took them 20 minutes to have us pay. When we asked for a breakdown of the prices because we believe one bill to be wrong the waiter seemed very annoyed and rude. The dining experience took about 3 hours in total which I feel is ridiculous for a dinner.Overall, DO NOT GO HERE until they improve their service. The service is too slow for an average tasting burger.

Best burgers around. It's our favorite place to go when we want a real good Burger. You can taste the freshness & quality in their beef burgers.
