Most of the time they get your order correct but every once in a while it’s not. Like today I ordered a large and left with a medium drink but since I was in a rush I didn’t realize it until I got to my office..

Nice, clean place, but it descends into absolute chaos if there's any sort of a line. For some reason, when things get chaotic, they stop calling out finished orders by order number, and instead just call it out by contents, which causes all sorts of confusion for people waiting for similar or same orders. Poaching and people ending up with the wrong variants can be common, resulting in still further wait times.Just use the order numbers. It's what they're there for.
