Only 3 out of 8 individuals at my table was satisfied with their meal. The spicy chicken had no 'kick' to it. The chicken wings and one other chicken dish lacked flavor. The Char was really salty. It took forever to get the appetizers (the Nachos were actually good...or we were so hungry it seemed that way!). It was my first time and would most likely be my last visit here.

Unsanitary handling of food by waitresses. Dipping bare hands in condiments and handing customers checks with the same unwashed hands. Unapologetic and argumentative staff when confronted. Disappointed.
