Persona Wood Fired Pizzeria

Persona Pizza has only been open a couple months, but it is the real deal - fresh ingredients, sauces made from scratch, friendly staff, all done according to the chef's award winning recipes. My Carné pizza was just perfect, with not only sausage and pepperoni, but also Soppressata (my favorite). My friend's Margherita was likewise fantastic - you can really taste the difference fresh ingredients make, so important in a Margherita. If you want to go further afield from traditional pizza, there is a wide selection. The menu is extensive enough to keep it interesting; we had salads, and they are fresh and toppings as varied as you could want, with five different dressings made from scratch. Can't wait to try the Stromboli, calzone, or meatballs next time!
