Bruster’s ice cream is made the old-fashioned way with ingredients that are slow kettle processed and designed specifically to create the Bruster's flavor. Its proprietary home-style mix is delivered fresh from its dairy to each store, where small artisan batches are made daily by Certified Ice Cream Makers. Our large variety of premium flavors and artisan desserts include crunchy handmade waffle cones, customized sundaes, candy-filled blasts and thick milkshakes. Bruster’s also offers customized cakes and pies in your favorite flavor for every occasion. There are nearly 200 independently owned locations in 20 states, Guyana and South Korea.

Their ice cream is usually fantastic, but their milkshakes are definitely lacking - too thin and milky.Thanks for the (unexpected) response! It was the evening of March 9th or 10th at the Glasgow location. I asked for very thick, otherwise I wouldn't complain. Anyway since you have exceptional customer service, I'm changing my review to 5 stars. You guys do have the best butter pecan in the area after all. :)

bought their milkshakes 2 of them 1 vanilla and 1 strawberry... the strawberry could have been better..... it's an ok place for me maybe a different server would have done a better job.....so for that I gave them 3 stars
Ho Young Hung
Was in the town for a night. They were the only ice cream/dessert place open around 10pm. Many seem to close so early in this town. Ice cream was good! Service was good! The small cone comes with 2 scoops!
