It has really gone downhill. Scones are so tiny and not fresh. For one of the desserts, they actually broke a cookie in half. Sandwiches were ok, but they have skimped on the Roast Beef sandwich as well. I couldn't believe the lemon butter. It used to be smooth and creamy, this was clotted up and didn't even taste like lemon. Not sure what we were served. Won't be going back anytime soon.

We attempted to hire British Bell to cater a work even, which they have done in the past. They said they would be happy to do it, took our order then did not return our calls or provide any information to us. We had to scramble at the last minute the day before to find something else for 50 people! Very unhappy with our treatment this time around, considering how great things had been before.
