Hibachi Grill and Supreme Buffet

Terrible comunication, they dont know how to listan, and took my plates with food still on them even tho it was right infront of me and didnt even ask. I wanted cash back, so i told them to charge my card and do the rest in cash, well couldnt do that either, bit I didnt even bother leaving a tip seince they didnt give me cash back. I came in at 1pm and usually befor 3 is lunch peices, well they told us after we recived the bull today was all day dinner, you cant just decide to charge everyone dinner prices, withought even knowing, website dosnt,explaine that or anything. Will be emailing the company to get proof of it and most likely going back for partial refund. Overale just terrible experiance today.

My cousin and I went out and decided to get dinner at here, we ordered our drinks and got up to get our food i must have done about 4 laps around the food not finding one thing appetizing enough to eat i go back to my table and I see a black thing on my cup and it was moving it looked like a worm i was appalled i took videos and told my cousin to stop eating immediately and then called her over we told her about it she said it wasn't a worm but whatever it was it was alive and moving and one my cup and we left and told her we weren't paying the food was hardly touched if i can attach the video i will but i'm definitely going to report this restaurant and get it shut down because that is disgusting. NEVER EAT HERE.

Just ate here after grand reopening. We were quickly greeted by the hostess and shown to our table. Our server came right over for our drink order and that was waiting for us when we returned to our table. Now to the food. Regular chinese buffet. Nothing out of the ordinary. No crab legs if you're looking for that. Everything we ate was very hot temperature wise. Pretty good flavor. Restaurant was clean as was the silverware.
