The employees are so amazing and friendly! Ugh, I wish I could remember the womans name, she went OUT OF HER WAY to satisfy my craving for a specific ice cream that was not on display at the time. Fantastic customer service! 😆

We went by this location in the evening after dinner. While the staff attempted to be courteous and helpful, the portions and the knowledge of the staff were lacking.There has always been a marked difference between sizes of cups and shakes are normally thick and rich, but neither was the case.Our young ones got child scoops but they were placed in the new smaller blue cups rather than the traditional larger pink ones. Then one of our teens who ordered two scoops had them jammed into the smaller cup and the oldest who ordered a single scoop, we couldn’t tell the difference between the kids scoops and the single scoop.Finally, my Oreo milkshake was heavy on the milk, light on the ice cream and nonexistent on the Oreos. The shake was thin and runny, and not the quality I’ve come to expect from Baskin Robbins.I hope this store begins paying more attention to quality and portions, or this new building will stand empty in no time.

Went in for milk shakes and the employees were very nice and friendly milkshakes we're amazing. The employees working we're the most friendly and nice people I have ever met at any place.
