Papa John's Pizza

They are really fast and make great pizzas. Tonight, they made mistakes on 2 pizzas but this is the first time ever. And they remade the 2 pizzas with apologies and no argument

Ok so this Papa Johns is just SORRY!!!! I have ordered from this location more than 4 times each time is just nasty t for example once I ordered Delivery the food tasted like Dog and the box smelled like it. I’ve tried switching it up and doing carry out thinking it’ll make a difference but nope I went in the afternoon and the manger is outside in her car smoking I go in the store the whole store smell like smoke and the pizza tasted Weird. Tonight I try to give it the benefit of a doubt but nope I pull up to pick my order up and like the whole store is outside smoking only one person making pizza no one in uniform and I’m just not taking that chance nor am I wasting my money. I’ll just go some where else.

Every single time I pay extra for pizza sauce or order any type of seasoning it is forgotten. Called them and let them know to please remember it and it was still left out of my order! The manager was the person I spoke two both times. He never offered to rectify the situation or even apologize! The driver took my 7 dollar change as well and he certainly wasn’t going to be tipped that when he forgot the bread sticks as well. Very upset
