My first visit to Zippys. The staff were less than enthusiastic, which is the reason for three stars otherwise it would be a 4 star. I tried the Spam Masubi.... Basically spam made up like Sushi. It was pretty good!. I also had the Chicken Katsu. The plate comes with rice and macaroni salad. It was quite good and would have again.

I love going to zippy's! However, I did have poor customer service while at this location. It had been many years since iv been on the island and there was a sign to sign in but no clip board. The person who was seating people completely ignored me and an p.o there customer 4 times before we had to ask for help. While sitting at the table, they didn't check up on us to see if we need refills or deserts. I love this place for enough for a 4 star but until the staff appreciates customers, I cannot give 5 stars.

Waitress was awesome. Got there at 4:30pm.. dining room was empty but for a few tables.

Yes.

I have no idea. But maybe it's because sriracha sauce can be use as a weapon. I use chili pepper when I'm out numbered. My grandfather taught me this. It's like Mase or better. Just don't get it in your eyes though. Rub it anywhere on the face but better directly in the eyes and their completely blind. Or maybe it's because sriracha sauce can be expensive and people, especially bums of the streets steals it for themselves. How you like my answers? Good no!

Call them

I'm only a customer too but I know they open during holidays and they do have specials. Unless they change their business hours.

I am one of the restaurant cooks that works there I open the restaurant kitchen on Thursdays only. When we reopened I was confused about what time we opened. They scheduled me at 6am. But there were already customers waiting to be served. The restaurant side opens actually at 6 a.m. I have a whole hour to start up the kitchen from 5 a.m.

Kapolei has no drive thru but Ewa has one you might want to give them a call if they still use it
