Went in on a Sunday a week after the grand opening. As expected, they were swamped with customers, you could feel the kinks being worked out throughout the commotion. The stores layout is pleasantly relaxing, and perfect for a sit in for one, or family dine in. The retro farm look is nice and fresh!Ordered food and the disaster started! Staff was courteous just confused, and not familiar with what they had to do.Our saving grace at this location was the manager Debi, she absolutely saved our experience here. The food was good, fresh and hot, but Debi picking up the dropped ball truly made my family enjoy our food that much more! We will be back, and to the Zaxby's owner, Debi is a very valuable team member!!

Great experience on my first time eating here :) Our food was delivered in only 10 minutes with us dining there even with a line full of people and the food is absolutely amazing and is very cheap and affordable for the outstanding quality it provides even compared to other chicken based places like KFC, Pollo Tropical, and etc in the Greenacres area!!

Though service is a bit slow, the food is worth the wait! Prices are pretty good and employees are very nice.

Not sure why this place is talked about. The service is lukewarm. The staff is not friendly and can be rude at times. The food is just ok and it's pricey. For what you get, it is not worth it.

I live right next to this location and come every now and then. Every time I've come I've been satisfied. there were certain times where materials weren't available and I had to ask for them behind the counter like napkins etc. My food has usually been fresh and hot but sometimes my fries are a little cold. I'm mainly writing this review to highlight the good work of the young man I believe is named Garrett or Derrick? I can't remember but one night I came in and he was handling a fast paced busy environment very well and made sure every customer was happy and satisfied. He deserves all the praise for doing such a good job!

Best chicken fast food in Florida in my opinion.

Could use some additional employees. Busy and yet the 1 girl was taking all orders as well as telling people orders were done and not able to clean the dining area. 3 people were preparing food and no one in the dining area to clean tables or drink area. Almost all drinks were out on the fancy 100 options coke machine. The girl behind the counter was doing her best to maintain a good attitude but she was slammed and the kitchen couldn't keep up with orders. Also. Cobb salad I'm pretty sure is supposed to come with bacon and hard boiled egg. I got 0.00 eggs and maybe 1 crumbled piece of bacon. And my Large fry order was maybe 10 fries in a to go box when my order was "for here". I will say location is conveniently located and on a main street but also has outdoor seating area.

Great chicken and sauce. Fries are good but nothing special.

Delicious food made fresh and I'm addicted to their zax sauce. It can be a little slow to get your food but I think it's worth it.

The fries are amazing here!!! The interior is nice and spacious. The food here is great too. The employees are pretty decent too.

Overall the restaurant was very clean and the food was great! Got there for an early lunch and most of the employees were still working on opening prep so it took a few minutes to be served. Definitely will come back though!

Always a pleasure . Food portion good. THE bathroom was clean the sauces are extra but they give you enough with wings. The salad is a good size. Customer service pleasant!

First impression was awesome I really enjoyed myself.
