Went in on a Sunday a week after the grand opening. As expected, they were swamped with customers, you could feel the kinks being worked out throughout the commotion. The stores layout is pleasantly relaxing, and perfect for a sit in for one, or family dine in. The retro farm look is nice and fresh!Ordered food and the disaster started! Staff was courteous just confused, and not familiar with what they had to do.Our saving grace at this location was the manager Debi, she absolutely saved our experience here. The food was good, fresh and hot, but Debi picking up the dropped ball truly made my family enjoy our food that much more! We will be back, and to the Zaxby's owner, Debi is a very valuable team member!!

Great experience on my first time eating here :) Our food was delivered in only 10 minutes with us dining there even with a line full of people and the food is absolutely amazing and is very cheap and affordable for the outstanding quality it provides even compared to other chicken based places like KFC, Pollo Tropical, and etc in the Greenacres area!!

Though service is a bit slow, the food is worth the wait! Prices are pretty good and employees are very nice.
