Food is awesome! Service not so great. They always mess up my order.

Came all the way from Chicago to try Whataburger. I was hooked instantly. Cant speak for all locations but this one in particular has very friendly service. In a safe, upscale part of town. Definitely go with a patty melt.

The service is great. The are fast courteous and freindly.

My number one burger place yet! The chain just got bought out by some New Yorkers! If they stays the same were good. Like they say, if it's not broken don't fix it.

Shoved my meal, my friends burger, and the cinnamon roll all in one small paper sack. Not to mention that the burgers weren't wrapped all that well to begin with. FOOD TASTED EXCELLENT. ITS WHATABURGER.♥️

It's a quaint place for a quick lunch. I was heading home from doing errands in downtown. I was really hungry. I drove by McDonald's near by but it was so crowded. When I saw this little Whataburger across street, my eyes lit up. I really enjoyed my chicken sandwich. Fast and pleasant customer service. I love it.

Fast and good. Fries could have been a bit warmer.

I always have loved Whataburger since I was a child. The food is really hot and fresh (delicious) no matter how you look at it... I don't care at this time if they are owned by another state...at least it's in the good ole USA...amen! The people who work at Whataburger really work hard and are nice to even give a cup for ice if I ask. Whataburger great food is vast. And the price is the way it is because it really cooked when you order it and is quality all in one. Next time I will order something I haven't tried yet from the menu...so many things to choose from. My wife is not picky she likes the gravy and biscuits. The onion rings are great. I enjoy the burgers and fries. Next time I will tell you about the new item I try.

You can never go wrong with a burger from Whataburger. I had their buffalo ranch chick strip burger! It was delicious! But my fav is their onion rings!

Worst whataburger I've been too, I thought fast food was to get your food fast. I could've went to a sit down restaurant and got my food faster. And to make it worse the burger was undercooked. That would be 45 mins of life I will never get back

Incompetent, arrogant,rude!!!.....The guy taking the order was rude rushed us repeated the wrong thing,was told what we actually ordered,then he laughed arrogantly and says "I just asked you if you wanted that, and you said no!" Then when we get the food it was cold, AND prepared wrong!!! would of only gave one star for location but the cashier ,who I assume was the manager(because of her different uniform) was helpful (she wasn't EXTREMELY pleasant; like I FEEL Customer service SHOULD be, but she was helpful)My mom had an issue trying to use her reward, and she just told her what to do.

I’ve always eaten at whataburgers around the Houston area! I must say this location and the one on crosstimbers have been the worst ! By far, not sure which one is worst! The food was nasty and the quality of workers are even worst! Definitely lost a customer
