Qiancheng Xiong
This is a cozy place with great tasting milk tea and chewy QQ pearls (vs overly soft or those with uncooked interiors). Our favourite has always been the milk tea with 3Js. Vivi is also on Snackpass and Ubereats.

A little pricey but great quality. Good milk to tea ratio. Great consistency and texture on the tapioca as well.

Awful service. There was a roach crawling and the staff was nonchalant about it. Would not reccomend! Health inspector needs to evaluate.
