Vitality Bowls

I am usually an avid vitality bowl goer, but today I had a terrible experience! I have never had good service here, but the vitality bowls are so good, I don’t mind the service too much. But today, I was waiting in line for about 5 minutes and the employees saw me and continued to work in the back leaving me unacknowledged. When I got my vitality bowl, first I noticed that it was in a Togo bowl when I ordered it for here, and they told me it was because they were all out of clean bowls, as I saw a huge stack of dirty bowls by the trash can unattended. When I finally tasted it, it was the worst one I have ever had! I usually eat them right up, but today I could barely even finish it! The base had about 6-8 unblended açaí berries and the strawberries and bananas were not ripe at all. As I said before, I love vitality bowls, but the service today left a bad taste in my mouth! Literally!

Placed an order at 1pm. 2:39pm still have not received my order. Employee attempted to be confrontational although he is the one who messed up the order. Highly disorganized unprofessional. I used to go to the shop at Traders Pointe but is closed now. Guess I will have to go across to Sub Zero. Never Again!

Great quality, could use more variety
