I used to love this place and the mac and cheese was my favorite. However the customer service is horrible and have never had a pleasant experience. Worst of all the food quality has gone down significantly. I decided to get some mac an cheese and it was horrible, bland, tasteless, my meal wasn't worth the 9$. Definitely will not be coming here again.

Watched the lady use her bare hands to prepare really old pizza after handling the customers money and not once did she wash her hands in the 20 minutes I sat there watching. Took OLD pizza added new toppings and reheated it. Won't be eating at this place!

The cashier dipped my cup directly into the ice. I ask him if he could use a scoop for mine. He said that he didn't have one. I pointed out that not using a scoop is a health violation(I happen to work in foodservice). He went to the back to get a scoop. He glared at me as I paid and walked away.

I have been working here for the last 3 weeks. And personally me as an adult I can't work in a hostile environment with sexual jokes and harassment. My co-workers tell me to push whatever it is in the front screen and my boss is always threating me really bad. I was wondering why so many workers quit right the way. The ones remaining are still there because they really need the job. I have many skills and I am bilingual and I have an education. I am quitting because I just can't talk back to my boss and I don't want to take blame for giving a poor quality of service to people since I am aware that the food is very expensive in this place. Another thing is that it makes sense to me to wash my hands whenever I touch the money because I am working with food. People do see the quality of service, and I would do that too if I was a costumer.

We cant seem to have a good experience here and it is sad because the food itself is good. Today we went here and the women working was completely rude. She didn't have a name tag on so I couldnt tell you her name, nonor was I given my receipt where her name also was but I'll add a photo of her.We got in line to order and she walks out of the back drenched in sweat and asks," what do you want." We ordered 2 pepperoni stromboli. She then sticks them in the oven and says go to the register..... we do as demanded. Asks if we would like any drinks. We ask if it comes with a refill she says yepp. You're total is 15 something.There was nothing more than that.

I will never eat here again. I took my son here on the 3rd of October for dinner. I got him a pizza kids meal . The worker Luis, was rushing me and my 11 year old son . I was trying to ask my son what he wanted yo drink and the worker was rushing me to pay. THEN after I paid asked me what I wanted to drink . I said Root Beer . He gave me something else, lime a sprite or something , not what I asked for. So I asked the other worker there for the Root Beer . Then Luis was telling the other worker not to use a certain size cup cause the boss doesn't like that sh**. And another cuss word I will not repeat . My son did not need to hear that nor did the other kids that were present ! Not good service and language or food quality. Do not reccomend this place .

I went to get a refill and the lady in front of me is doing the exact same thing. She gets her refill and walks away. I then get up to him and ask for my refill and he tells me that I have to pay for it. One they don't have large drinks so you have to get a medium and two how are you going to charge me when the previous customer did the same thing and she walked away without spending a dime.

Garlic knots were raw they refused to make new ones cause “they’re supposed to be like that cause theres so much dough” pizza was too greasy and just not good

It's pretty standard mall pizza, but I'll be damned if the best of us don't get the occasional craving for it. That being said, the experience is certainly solid. The service I received was above expectations with the staff answering my questions and notifying me about my order despite having other customers to deal with. It might be considered a little pricey (I spent $5 for a single veggie supreme price) compared to a slice you can get elsewhere, or even a full pizza, but that's part of the deal with mall pizza. Lastly, there was a good availability of pizza and other dishes

I've always loved there pizza! Never had an issue. The employees are nice and diligent.
