Although Chicago is known for its Italian food scene, Victory Italian is able to deliver delicious food that is set aside by spectacular service. This is not the first "Victory" restaurant in Chicago which means that they know what they are doing. Our server, Pat, was attentive and energetic. Overall, the environment was enjoyable although our food took longer and the lasagna was rather dry. Despite these few bumps, the great service makes us eager to try this neighborhood spot again.
