Entente [ahn-tahnt], being a “friendly understanding”, highlights collaboration between the chefs. Ingredients drive the dishes that live as staples on the a la carte menu. Seasonality of game, seafood, meat and vegetable inspire the direction of the kitchen. Reinterpretations of dishes with cross-cultural influences showcase the true diversity and talent of the chefs. Beverage pairings are available to further enhance the experience. The team at Fujimura Hospitality (Arami, SmallBar, Pub97, The Lucky Klucker), and Chef Brian Fisher, formerly Chef de Cuisine of Michelin-starred Schwa, is at the helm of the kitchen. Owner Ty Fujimura and Karen Bovinich of Fujimura Hospitality operate the restaurant. “Entente is a collaboration of extraordinary talent led by Chef Fisher,” explained owner Ty Fujimura. “Our menu will change based on new inspiration, thought and collective ideas from the collaborating team.”

I'm extremely impressed with Entente. I've visited on three different occasions and have always had a wonderful experience. The bar program is definitely one that deserves accolades, my personal favorite the Bees in the Trap is masterfully crafted and perfect for sipping alongside one of my favorite dishes the Wedge salad. The duck dish is also delicious which is accompanied by duck spring rolls (pictured). Service is always attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend to locals and visitors alike.

Food was super salty. But fast and nice service. Open availability for reservations. Nothing special on the flavours. Below expectations of having a Michelin star
