Opened weekends in october. Best bet is check their website or call them.
Most of the bagel flavors are vegan and while there are no "dairy free" or "vegan" substitutes for eggs, cream cheese or butter on the menu, there are a number of options to build your own vegan bagel.
Strange...they told me they would be open off season on Friday thru Sunday only...not sure why they are closed but they most definitely have the best NY style bagels around! I will see if i can find out.. i live in OC yr round
