Exceptional local spirits served in a wonderful tasting room/bar. There is food on occasion but you really want to come here for the drinks. I'd recommend a flight for your first visit to try as many of their whiskeys as possible to help settle on a favorite or two.

Yes! They make their own absinthe.
Good question, yes it is. The staff would be more than happy to help too :)
During our distillery tour with Nicole last spring, we sampled the 2J gin and all of us thought the gin was just right.
No adult atmosphere!!!
