Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Really disappointed. I myself used to work at tropical smoothie and I know it can be hectic at times but the service I had received was just sad. I waited over 10 minutes to get my wrap, no smoothie, just a wrap. The wrap was falling apart when I opened it and the chicken didn’t even feel heated. When I pulled up the girl didn’t say anything to me, not even repeating my total, just took my card and shut the window. Rude if you ask me.. And this last one may seem small, but I wasn’t given any napkins.. I do love going here but it’s sad that I usually only go when I see certain people are working because I know I will get good service out of only a handful of employees, which is usually at night. I will not be going back during the day for smoothies or food.

When they get the order right it is amazing. I have had a few times where whoever was working messed up my order or did not give me all that I ordered. Mistakes happen though.

I love this food!

No hours posted at the door, open light was on, but the door was locked... granted it was barely after 8 PM, but there should be hours listed at the door saying when the lobby closes verses the drive thru. I have never ordered food here before (only smoothies) and wanted to use a coupon.. since I didn't know what they had for side options, I wanted to order inside so I could see them.. but since they can't be bothered to post their hours, I left.

Food is good. Smoothies are tasty. Restaurant is clean, nice to sit in for a quiet bite. Drive through is convenient. Staff seems fine, and service was good and quick.

Wish i could get a smoothie for breakfast before work, but you don't open till late morning.
