Tom Colicchio's Heritage Steak

The dry aged strip was pretty tough! A 65 dollar steak should melt in your mouth. My wife had the filet and it was tender but on the dry side for being cooked medium. The service was top notch.

Cannot say enough about this place! The bar staff was excellent on the evening I went. Bravo!

Stellar steak house which delivers a great experience. The hostesses and wait staff are professionals, and the space is well designed. The steaks are juicy and delicious. My fave is the heavily marbeled rib eye. The inside of the restaurant is dark, woody and modern. There is a bar area as well, which is viewable from the casino. If you're looking for a great steak dinner, check this place out!

I wasn't expecting a great steak, but I ended up getting amazing steak. I had the filet and it was perfectly soft, the texture was perfect and I got it with a blue cheese crust that was perfect (strong). The waiter was a bit eccentric but the food was amazing. I couldn't recommend it more.

From the exceptional service, to the sublimely delicious seafood tower, and the mouth watering ecstasy of my steak, our evening was perfect. Topped off by a rich and decadent chocolate cake, Tom Colicchio's is a must see in Las Vegas.

The steaks here and drinks were great. We had the ribeye and hanger steaks with potato puree and bacon brussel sprouts. The potato puree was better than the fingerlings. We also had espresso martinis and whiskey. Food was excellent, but they forgot to bring one of the steaks and we we're kinda stuck waiting for it until we noticed they weren't bringing it. We decided to cancel the steak after we reminded them since we had to get to a show.

What can I say about my experience here that hasn't already been said. Great Prime Rib and great service!

The steaks were good, horrible tasteless sides, even worst service. If I'm paying roughly $2000.00 for 9 people I do expect excellent service & food. I regret choosing this restaurant for our family dinner.

Had the Aus Wagyu Flat iron (M) was amazing,I usually have the fillet mignon but fancied a change. Service was very good and a friend asked what the sause supplied was, the waitress then comes back with the full ingredients lists of it for him to take home. I'd give it 5 stars if only it had more "Booth" like seating in an area,but the centre stage of the Mirage is not to be over looked

Anthony gave fantastic service. The corn soup was the best I've ever had! The scallops were like butter and the wagyus steak was so incredibly yummy! It's worth it! Friendly atmosphere and great service on the strip!

Always on the quest for a great steak, it was time to try Heritage. Have to say the service staff was top notch. Dishes cleared promptly and all with a thank-you and smile. The food was delicious from start to finish. They start you with these flakey marvelous biscuits. The Ceasar salad was terrific. We got a side of the brussel sprouts which were a nice compliment to the steaks and perfect to share. The 16oz. Bone-in Rib-eye was juicy and flavorful, the the Filete was a perfect medium rare. We really wanted some Monkey Bread for dessert, but were happily full. Next time!

Food was ok. Server was lacking but the atmosphere was nice and relaxing. For the price, I expected a little more then received.

39 wedding anniversary perfect meal. Susan helped pair wine with steak. Best meal I had all year. Excellent--- all staff/team

Great food, but a little too much noise (and smoke!) from the casino right outside the entrance.
