What happened to actually putting filling the donuts ? Sadly dissapointed

Every time i have visited at Tim Horton's I have never had a successful visit always have at least 1 thing to complain about which is not something I do! 1.) Asked for a white hot chocolate with an apple cinnamon tea bag in side and the tea bag exploded and nothing was done about it once I complained! ( I was pushed to the side! So I just left and called in and complained and was then offered a free drink! NO THANK YOU! VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY VIEW) 2. I Asked for a double toasted bagel with butter and received it with a short black hair and 2 tiny white hard pieces, and received it with 2 bottom pieces for the top and bottom, and was told by the staff member whom was making my bagel (who looked high on some drug) that he kept dropping my bagel which is the reason why it took 15 mins for 2 bagels! Very disgusted and will never come back again ( called and complained and again was offered a bagel)

When l visit this location about a year ago in July went to visit my sister. My sister took me to this Tim Horton's location here in St.Catharines on Queenston st did not have to wait for service their right on the ball. I would recommend this location to my family and friends. From the Londoner of Ontario Diane. 🥞☕

Worst tim hortons I've ever been to.7 kids working, 4 in training, 5 barely speak english. Kids need at least 1 adult on shiftNever will I return

Slowest place rudest manager. Costly get order wrong.

I'm so sick of waiting in drive thru or in line at the store. Please hire more staff. Waiting over 15 mins in line or in drive through is ridiculous. I have resorted to buying a Keruig because I'm sick and tired of waiting for product then staff getting my order wrong. I'm frustrated with owners and franchisee, stop lining your pockets and fork out more money to put more staff on.

This is one of the only locations that carries the Hazelnut flavour shot. I do have to check to see if they actually put it in my drink after I ordered it but they are usually pretty good 8/10 times.

9 employees... I waited 4 minutes to be served. They were too busy talkin about their nite out last nite.Too lazy to dust also

Friendly employees but the service is really slow and they are always out of things such as sausage or certain donuts/muffins.

Two days in a row going through drive thru asking for a Large Triple Triple with Milk and getting maybe 1 Milk 2 Sugar. Can’t drink it for at least 30 mins when there’s not enough milk. This morning my coffee was horribly burnt too.

If you ever see this tim hortons, do yourself a big favor and just keep on driving. My order is wrong atleast half of the time when I order from this tim hortons, unfortunately its the only tim hortons on my way to work so I am forced to go here while in a rush. All I can say is after you have received your food, do yourself a big favor and check to make sure its what you ordered. Also their inventory is low to non none most of the time.

They do a good job at the drive through. It's fine inside as well but the neighborhood means that there's always one or two people that... well let's put it this way: I get the sense the needle disposal in the bathrooms isn't just for diabetics, and it looks like it gets heavy use.
