What happened to actually putting filling the donuts ? Sadly dissapointed

Every time i have visited at Tim Horton's I have never had a successful visit always have at least 1 thing to complain about which is not something I do! 1.) Asked for a white hot chocolate with an apple cinnamon tea bag in side and the tea bag exploded and nothing was done about it once I complained! ( I was pushed to the side! So I just left and called in and complained and was then offered a free drink! NO THANK YOU! VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY VIEW) 2. I Asked for a double toasted bagel with butter and received it with a short black hair and 2 tiny white hard pieces, and received it with 2 bottom pieces for the top and bottom, and was told by the staff member whom was making my bagel (who looked high on some drug) that he kept dropping my bagel which is the reason why it took 15 mins for 2 bagels! Very disgusted and will never come back again ( called and complained and again was offered a bagel)

When l visit this location about a year ago in July went to visit my sister. My sister took me to this Tim Horton's location here in St.Catharines on Queenston st did not have to wait for service their right on the ball. I would recommend this location to my family and friends. From the Londoner of Ontario Diane. 🥞☕
