Tiger Fork absolutely lives up to its reputation as one of the best Asian restaurants in DC. It knocks its take on Hong Kong street food out fo the park,, which is extremely evident by its pan fried dumplings and pork ribs. Their fried rice and rice noodle dishes are amazing too, specifically the Beef Chow Fun dish with brisket. I also highly recommend sitting at the bar overlooking the kitchen so you can see all of the intricate details that go into making all of the dishes. I can't wait to get back here again soon.

This place not only has great food but also great drinks. Quick recommendations would be the Humble Plate of Wontons and the Victoria Park cocktail! Tiger Fork is a true gem in Blagden alley and worth the trip!
