The Sugar Factory

A really fun place to go out with friends or family. Very unique food and drinks and everybody seems to be having fun! Be prepared for a long wait reservations are recommended. Make sure to bring a positive attitude for spending, the menu certainly encourages it with its attractive photographs and descriptions. The food was very good, the environment is not quite as organized with the staff as it could be but still certainly above average. A little chaotic at times.

The food was good. I ordered the chicken and waffles. Huge pieces of chicken and large waffle. Only thing is you get a larger portion of butter than you do syrup. Also, if there is an event going on (for us Super Bowl) be aware that there will be a $2 up charge on everything. We didn’t know this until we got our bill.

It's Spring break. High volume traffic expected. Server was working alone in his section and clearly needed help.He couldn't keep up with the volume of customers. We had to wait an extended amount of time to order drinks/ food, receive drinkd/food, and receive the check.I ultimately went inside to pay my check because he just disappeared.Also, be aware the charge 20% auto gratuity & other fees.Fries were good though.

Decent experience for kids/families because of the gimmicky, candy coated, large milkshakes and dessert choices, but be prepared to pay! $15/milkshake, $20 for a few mini sliders, $44 for a goblet with minimal booze. It has a cute theme, but the dated photos of celebrities... the lack of customer service from our waitress. We kept wondering why no one ever checked on us after our food and drinks were brought to us...well, 20% tip is auto added to your bill so apparently there's no incentive for any sort of great service.

Five stars if it weren't so pricey, lol. Otherwise I have a sweet tooth and what's not to love? Some plates can definitely be shared, such as their ice cream sundaes. Indoor and outdoor seating available. They have a little ice cream and candy shop inside as well.

Extremely disappointing how dirty this location is. I expected to pay over priced for the items on the menu for the experience but I never imagined the location to be so dirty for the amount they charge for their service. After seeing how dirty it was inside we requested to sit outside. We would have been better off inside as the seats were filled with mildew. If this is what it looks like for the public to see, I would hate to see their kitchen. I have photos and unfortunately it’s not allowing me to post with this review but they are quiet horrific.

Warning, just so you know. There is a 20% service charge, and resort tax.We had chinese chicken salad, the sampler plate and both were great.My dad had their rocky road shake and he really enjoyed it.

I went with my family to Sugar factory. It was a bit pricey but delicious and our server Gabriella made it such a great experience. She was so warm and welcoming! Will be back to eat there again!

Staff very attentive to needs. The hostess was on point. The food high priced but fits the area. The menu need some work to heavy on the drinks. Five stars for the location/ staff and food. Thank you!

Great location in Ocean Drive for viewing all the fancy cars that pass by. There’s indoor and outdoor seating but it was 70ish when we went in May so we chose outside instead of air conditioning. Highly recommend the White Chocolate Coconut Frosty Hot Chocolate🙌

Enormous food portion, really tasty! I couldn't resist this giant drinks ! worth the experience

In general this place, like most places in Miami Beach, is very expensive and trying so hard to be 'exclusive'. But it's a pretty cool restaurant. This place has all the desserts. The milkshakes are enormous, and actually a very good value for the money. They also do Hookah with several good flavors (they use the vape style hookah). Would go again.Like everywhere in Miami Beach, make sure you look at the receipt for automatic tips. Don't double tip.

I placed an order on Friday May 15 on my daughter birthday online. I got a response telling me order woll be ready in 30 minutes. Only to get there and they are closed. Not doing curbside pick-up

Walked in and the waitress was too busy to notice us because she was randomly touching something online. Took us longer than expected to sit down. My bf and I had to go get someone for the check after our Table was cleaned off for 5 minutes (wasn’t busy inside at all). We paid cash and same waitress didn’t even return proper cash back.. wasn’t worth to mention since we didn’t want to wait any longer. Not impressed.

Great novelty place. Crazy desserts and very worth a visit but we unfortunately had very poor service. We weren't in a rush but the service was super slow.
