Service and ambiance was really lovely, even for a busy Friday I felt comfortable and not cramped. Our waiter Carlos was really nice, and everything came out on time and orderly. The only thing I didn't like was that after the meal my tummy felt a little sour, I had the shrimp and grits. So would go again, just wouldn't recommend that item. Thank you for a lovely Valentine's Day dinner!

We were looking for a place for a nice dinner that was also family friendly after a long day around the city. This place was perfect. I made a reservation on open table for the same evening. It was a short walk from our hotel. Service was friendly and quick. Food was delicious and well seasoned. Their house Shirley Temple was excellent. We were out in less than an hour on a Saturday evening. I would eat here again. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely love the Smith...upscale restaurant in my neighborhood. Managers and hosts always able to find me a table. They are a big part of the success of this establishment - they genuinely care about and value their patrons, as if we were all good friends. I admire that in a restaurant! Daily specials always speak to me and I look forward to when The Smith brings back the deep fried string beans and an appetizer! UWS location also gets a nod from me. Perfect restaurant for a special event too...
