Buttercup Bake Shop

I wish I’ve taken better picture, this was what I showed to my sisters.The vanilla cheesecake was so good, a little small though, for $7. And I really like it without the frosting.The red velvet cake was also good, and such a hugeeeee slice for $6. So worth it and such a contrast. And the frosting is a bit too little for my liking.But between the two, I think the cheesecake was better. And I removed the frosting from the cheesecake, which I didn’t like on the cheesecake anyway, and had it with the red velvet cake. Really like desserts lately, but because the red velvet cake was huge, I couldn’t finish it after 2 days. Normally I could have a cake a day, if I want to :p

This bake shop is a quintessential part of every trip I take up to New York! The staff is amazing and friendly. The banana pudding, don’t even get me started, to die for. Always take my family here for desert. Best part of every trip I take. Wouldn’t change a thing about this place! Buttercup should definitely be a place you should go to with your family as you walking around the city!

The cake was the subject of the entire party. Our guests were so pleased and so in love with the cake that Buttercup BakeShop went above and beyond to perfect! I can't imagine ever celebrating any of our special occasions with a different vendor for our sweets. Thank You so much Buttercup BakeShop and the amazing team. Can't wait to come back for more cake for all of our occasions.
