The Reizod Vegan Experience

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen!! The receptionist gave me a specific time of 20 minutes and the stated that she to me 25-30 minutes. Going back and forth with a customer of what you said is so unprofessional. I’m not a “the customer is always right”, but you never go back and forth with a customer. As I asked for my money back the cook or the help from the back stated that we have it audio!! And gave the food to the lady next to me for free of charge, and that was fine. My first experience was horrible and I would never recommend this place to anyone. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Review your audio and learn how to talk to Customer!! Vulgar not Vegan. The name should be Ridiculous Vegan Experience!!

I have been a customer here since they opened. Today, I had an unexpected experience and wasn't happy when I left the restaurant. The owner, Louis, personally called to apologize for my experience and let me know that he values my business. It meant a lot that he was willing to reach out to me & make things right. I will continue to patronize Reizod & enjoying their great food!

We were visiting the Columbia area for a couple of weeks and stumbled upon this great restaurant. The chef/owner is so accommodating and the food is really delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly and they all truly care about the product they deliver. After our first meal, we bought a meal plan. This is a great way to keep the cost of eating out down and we had so much fun returning several times before our visit to Columbia ended. I wish this restaurant nothing but the greatest success, Columbia is truly lucky to have such a wonderful restaurant.

We are so impressed by the menu and service! We came early on day that the restaurant wasn't open for another 30 mins, but they accommodated us, and opened EARLY! We got the Spring Rolls, Buffalo Wings, and the Ultimate Experience Burger with Mac&Cheese and Fried Pickles. Wish we had this in Colorado!!

The service was great and the food was even better. I have had plenty of Vegan milkshakes and most leave something to be desired but the Cookies and Cream Milkshake was so delicious. My kids love the “chicken” tenders and fries and the Mac n Cheese. Will be back again!!

Didn't expect a total restaurant to be vegan, I was greeted on coming in and the ambience was good. I being a Vegetarian, totally loved the experience that I'm not served any meat and don't have to worry about it. They have dialy menus and lot to choose from. I ordered a House burger with Fries and Spinach rice as sides. The burger was amazing, and totally laud the chef. Will be willing to visit them again. I have found my Go-To-Place now! :D

I ordered the chicken finger plate with Mac n cheese and fries. Their 'chicken' fingers are like chicken fries, they were great. The Mac was had a light sauce over bowtie pasta with what I believe was a chipped parsley garnish, it wasn't really cheesy it reminded me more of a light Alfredo, still amazing. Their fries were my favorite part of the plate. I expected standard restaurant fries and was pleased to find some home cut fries that were seasoned perfectly. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was their interior decoration but I wouldn't dock them a point on it.

I'm happy to see a vegan restaurant here. The food here is fantastic and there is plenty of seating. I will go again.

I had the chicken tenders with Mac & cheese as well as sweet potato fries. It was really good and they had really nice people and good service! I hope to eat there again!

In still in awe over the Chick’en... it’s everything. Every single thing on my plate was the best I’ve ever had thus far. My partner agrees.

This is amazing place if you are looking for a place to eat clean! I had the all meat and veggie pizza, let’s just say I did not miss out out! I also had the BBQ wings amazing! My husband he had the Mac and cheese he is a picky eater and he has fallen in love with the food. If you need a meal plan they also offer that as an option.

Food was phenomenal A good friend of mine who is a vegan suggested I try it I am not vegan I was thoroughly impressed the only downside is the food took almost an hour and I was trying to enjoy my meal before heading into work I didn’t get to do that I had to eat it on the fly as I clocked in

Great experience!!!!! The food was amazing!!! Everything is made to order and efficiently!!! The customer service was above my expectations!!!

The food is out of the world, really authentic and tasty variety of dishes! There was plenty of seating and they could easily accommodate our party of nine people. The staff was exceptionally friendly and kept checking in on us to make sure it was acceptable. The tangy wings were top notch as well as the pasta with cheese. It did take a bit for our food but that is to be expected when they make it all fresh. Really pleasant experience, I’m sure will be returning again! Side note: they do offer a great meal plan for frequent diners which would be a great deal if we lived closer.

This was my first time eating here and it was AWESOME!! I had the Ultimate Experience Burger and it was amazing! We also had the spring rolls and the chicken tenders. Everything was great!! We will definitely be back!!! Everyone was also very nice and helpful!!
