The cupcake shoppe

Cakes are delicious, very professional staff, excellent price point. I have been ordering custom cakes for the past three years from them and they exceeded my expectations every time...The cake at my sons birthday party was a huge hit..Cant thank Suzanne and her team enough for the meticulous decorations each year!!

Best cupcakes in Toronto, hands down. The Cupcake Shoppe has been in business for this long for a reason- delicious fresh and made in a nut free facility so they are safe for people with not allergies. They are also great in pre-placing an order (custom or regular) and the customer service is friendly and warm.

Website says that they are open from 11am - 5pm. I go there at 1130am (I have friends coming over at 1pm), only to find out that it is open only for pick up. Very bad first impression! Total waste of my time....first impressions are the lasting impression. When I got home I googled cupcake shoppe and noticed that it was only there that they show that they are closed on Sunday. Message to the owner: you need to update both!
