For couples and families alike whether purely for pleasure or a business lunch. At night we transform into an adult restaurant, lit by candles with down tone music and foods from around the world. Our Executive Chef has had the opportunity to work with some of Americas best Chefs, allowing him to develop his own unique style of cooking and presentation. Vindaloo from India? Ahi Poke from Hawaii? Daily Local fresh fish? House made sauces? Wines from around the world? YES to all of the above and more. Our food is unique with flavor profiles that may not be for everyone. Probably my favorite place to brunch in Savannah! Collins Quarters did not disappoint. We had an amazing experience. The staff was personable and friendly, the food was excellence and the ambiance was Savannah perfection. All of our dishes were perfectly prepared, beautifully plated and absolutely delicious.

Collins Quarter was fantastic. We went there for their fundraiser for Australia. Everyone was so nice and the food was amazing. It fills up fast so get there early.

Amazing! Fast service despite the extremely busy Sunday brunch crowd. The best crab cake Benedict I have EVER had (and I’m from Florida). Also, the coffee/drink selection is diverse. I highly recommend.
