The Capital Grille

This restaurant was absolutely exquisite. From the moment I walked in were beautiful decor. The restroom was amazing and clean as a Jeff Bezo’s tile floors. Service was amazing. Food was Excellent from the beginning to the end. From the calimari to the crabcakes to the steak to the lava cake. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with this place. In fact everything is excellent here.

I took my husband here to celebrate his birthday. The place is amazing. Thank you to our waiter Mr. Jay, He was really funny and a good server. The waiters were always on point on serving refills. The food was really, really delicious. I do recommend for couples to come.

This was my first time here. It's my friend's favorite restaurant. He orders the same thing every time. Blue cheese crusted filet with lobster mac n cheese. He refused to share his mac, lol, so I ordered my own along with a medium rare filet. Joe said his margaritas were the best he's ever had. Lots of fresh lime juice. $20 each. I had 2 Capital Cosmos. Key lime pie and Creme Brulee for dessert. An excellent meal, and a stellar waiter, Jason. Be prepared to pay. $226 + $60 tip. I am looking forward to going back!

AAAAAAHHHHMMMMAAAAAZZZIINNNGGG!!! From the staff to the food to the ambience -- it made our dinner out of this world! We went for Girls Nite & our waitress, Jean, was phenomenal!!! I can't wait to go again!! You will NOT be disappointed!

This steakhouse is by far the premiere steakhouse in Houston. We have tried several others and they never compared. The quality of food, staff, location, and service cannot be beat. They are willing to work with dietary restrictions and provide creative alternatives. If we celebrate a special occasion, we won't be going to Morton's, Ruth Chris, or Fleming's - The Capital Grille always exceeds our expectations.

My wife brought me here for my birthday. Great customer service. The food and drinks were great as well.

I came here for my anniversary and the food was AMAZING! The steak was the heavenly. The service we reprieved from our waiter, Jay, was outstanding! He was so kind and polite and defiantly made our night perfect. He even went out of his way to send my boyfriend a thank you card. Definitely worth every penny.

First of all the appetizers were amazing the lobster bisque was delicious. The lobster Mac and cheese was one of the best side dishes I’ve ever had and the Strip steak was made exactly the way I wanted. The wine list will not disappoint and will compliment everything on the menu you will not be disappointed here. Will go again if I visit Houston

Every dish was so tasty and fresh. The staff very friendly, everyone had the welcoming smile on their face.

Good food and great service

I brought my best friend and his wife here for their anniversary. They said this was the most memorable experience they’ve ever had at a steakhouse. The service was excellent. You have a waiter attending you 24 seven without being overbearing.The meat choices are amazing. I had their truffle steak. It was fantastic. It is cooked as you desired. I also had their mac & cheese lobster. Phenomenal. Once you eat this, it will haunt you in your dreams. You will never rest until you eat it again.The price is steep. Be prepared to spend at least $100 per person without any fancy wine. The four of us, with tax tip and a bottle of wine crossed over $450. We did not order the most expensive items on the menu either.

I took my fiancee here for her birthday and it was excellent. Great service, great food. They had the table set with a card for her birthday and brought out a complimentary dessert and champagne.
