Thai Express

Idk about other the other reviews but been coming here for awhile and I never had any problems. Customer service is good and food is great too ~

Food is alright, very salty depending on what you get. I recommend their vegetarian dishes over all else as they tend not to cook their meat protein choices the best.The Basil Fried Rice I had today was super salty, but otherwise alright. Then again I was pretty starving when I ordered it.It’s a shame that they haven’t been able to live up to many people’s standards, I think if they just managed their restaurant better, installed a sneeze guard (crucial, coming from someone who works food service), and got better training with customer service, they could drastically improve their reviews. For now though, it was edible, but I couldn’t finish it. Hopefully my next visit here changes my mind.

Went to THAI EXPRESS today in the Eaton Centre and found a huge piece of glass only a couple bites into my pad thai. I called them and their response was to make me another one...I ended up spending 20 minutes on the subway to get back down there and demanded a refund and that their cooks be made aware. They gave me a refund and said they told their cooks, no manager on site, no apology, no effort to rectify the incident except my exact amount back. Nothing more for my time or the fact that I had to subway there and back again. Also, didn't ask me if I hurt myself. Kind of the most important question.I used to love this place... Never again

Good Thai fast food! You get a tiny experience of a food making!)

This place is absolutely disgusting. I ordered the fried rice. It has no taste, it had no seasoning. On top of that, the food was extremely oily. Do not recommend this place at the food court if you to Eaton centre.

This is incredibly bad food. My lunch, General Thai chicken, was barf on a plate.

The worst Thai express in all the ones we eat at. The cook stared me in the face, yelled out my order at me, and then gave me the complete wrong order. It was a take away so couldn’t do much. Third time they have messed it up. All done from here.

So dissapointed. I ordered pad see ew with extra egg. But he didnt put extra. He said he did, but actually didnt. I bought before with extra egg, so I know how much it should be. The taste is also almost burn. Too much talk with the coworker. I also order tom yum. But the food didnt come out together. My tom yum was getting cold because wait the other order too long.

Terrible food and health regulations. There is no sneeze guard for the food and toppings at the counter. Siracha sauce was watered down in the bottle and the establishment just felt dirty. Highly recommend not eating here.

I wonder why there have been so many 1-star reviews at this specific branch because my experience was the same as any other Thai express you can find at other places. My only complaint is that Eaton center is busy in general and the atmosphere was kind of noisy and messy.

Horrible experience. We ordered a Xmas lunch for our team of 9. It was delivered, squashed, broken and leaking all over the place. They packed the items in 2 clear produce bags. The hot soup was in a hard clear plastic container squashed and broken leaking all over the floor....and on top of the soup was a Shrimp Pad Thai meal soaking now with soup. The other bag had items squashed and leaking black sauce all over the place. The little food that was a bit salvageable was again disgusting. Spicy food was sweet. Tried calling their phone and no one answers. Terrible customer service and product. Won't order ever from this restaurant.

I don’t know why but the pad Thai from this location doesn’t have their signature taste. It just tastes oily without any of the usual flavour. I’ve had it twice already and both times it was bland. I’m confused!

My cook didn't work his wok well enough. The noodles, veggies, and the meat weren't properly mixed, and a part of noodles and eggs were burned. But the portion was good, and the taste was okay thanks to the sauce. I don't think I can rate this place badly considering other options in this area 😞

I got a beef noodle soup and it tasted really good. I don't know why they have so many poor comments. Hope to get better..

I’m not sure why ppl commenting here are complaining. It’s nothing wrong. Just tasty fast chain food with a lot of veggies.
