Burger meat was chewy. Drinks were pricey. Seafood sizzler was good. Overall ambience was nice. Situated at the heart of the city.

Never thought you could get bad food in this day and age but this place is not good. Just don’t go you will be disappointed

Friendly staff, but the food was terrible. I waited only less than 5 minutes. I prefer to wait and get fresh food. I don't like to complain, and I had a terrible mood. On the receive suggestion about the tips. I left $4 extra. In New York, better to go to a fast restaurant. In the restaurant, they are crazy about tips, not for the quality of food

Food was nice especially the whiskey sauce. I've been a few times and on each occasion I've been satisfied with the food. It's usually busy which is a good sign.

Pretty worn-off place. But not the kind which is "authentic", it is just greasy.Frankly speaking, the food was tasty.But aside that, our bill had one item too much, "strangely" the same thing happened to the table right next to us.Finally, the baby-high chair was quite sticky, and it was sticky right when we got it.Probably it is on the cheaper side of restaurants close to the times square, but not a deal breaker.

Worn out, dirty, needs some TLC. We ordered 2 beers to start, one was flat with something in the bottom of the glass, the other had a weird chemical taste. When our server brought a replacement, the glass was disgustingly dirty. We were going to cancel our food and leave, however the food arrived before we could let our server know. We were a little apprehensive to even eat....but the burgers were actually pretty good. But I would recommend to stay clear of this place until it gets a major reno. So many more great places to eat nearby.

Service was awesome! Omar was very attentive and helpful. The register was in front of us so - maybe that is one of the reasons!?! The food was decent. We ate at 230pm on a Thursday and it wasn’t busy. Pricey but it’s NY. We even took a pic with our server bc he was amazing to us! Five entrees, 6 beers = 155 bones. 😊

All the staff looked overworked, but still being troopers. The upper area (where we were seated) was too hot, waiter reported the lower seating area was always cold. Food was ok, friend wanted to visit to compare to the LA restaurant. NY was pants in his opinion. Food was ok, but that's it.

Nice and casual place. Located in the heart of Times Square. This place has a bar located on the entrance level. The main dining is on the second floor.The food is okay but the service was good.There are lunch specials as well as Friday special.It's a good place for a group or if you're dining alone.

Oh gosh, please just avoid!! We were late for our show because the service was so slow. The restaurant itself is so worn down and dirty. There are “hiring chefs” signs in the windows which should have tipped us off. When we finally got some of our food, it was so bad. We ordered just fried apps to share cause that kind of thing is usually hard to mess up. The potato skins were soggy with oil, like they had been dropped into a fryer with oil that wasn’t hot enough. The nachos has some sort of cold, chopped up chicken that some of us spit out. Thankful for the soft pretzels we ordered which seemed safe and we weren’t starving during the show. I often overlook one thing or another and tend to rate highly when you can tell the crew is trying. This was just an all around failure and really dampened the mood of our NYC evening.

What a disappointment! Food was absolutely terrible. Ordered a steak medium rare and it was well done and then some! Our server was so slow and unmotivated. I could not believe we spent 80 dollars on such a bad experience...and that was our bill without drinks! If I could give 0 stars I would!

Should've kept walking pass this place😩Went there with a party of 9 absolutely the worse food I've ever eaten. Service very slow and food was horrible. Potatoe skins oily and hard as a rock, waiting for the time for our food to come out and the food was not hot. Lady behind us pulled a long hair out of her burger😩They served us our cold food and we sat and waited longer for forks and knives. So unbelievable our waitress then began to dispute with the guy who bought our cold food out In front of everyone seated so very unprofessional. By far the worst food and service . My family and I will never go to this Friday's again. So mad we spent over $250 and we were better off eating on the corner with dirty dogs. They put more effort into cooking then the chef's at fridays. They don't deserve the one star. More like a negative 1
