TGI Fridays

Had an uber eats order get cancelled. Called to resolve, the general manager identified the problem as the uber driver presumably stealing the order. He resolved the issue for me with professionalism and full understanding. The food was as anticipated and delicious. Thank you very much.

Friday's is one of our go to chain restaurants that we visit, especially late night. The interior was clean and looked like the typical Friday's location. For some reason every Friday's location that we visit we have an issue with the hostess at the door. The young lady did not welcome us and had a negative attitude when we asked her to move us to a location away from the door. However, our waiter was very nice and professional. He checked on us often and made sure our food was okay. The food was hot and delicious as always.

They make a sweet old fashioned. The service was good, the food was hot (very important) and pretty tasty.

We had a complete ball! Our waiter was amazing and very patient! Our food was delicious. We had appetizers and the two entree meal. Delicious! We sat and talked and laughed with no rush! A really good experience for a Friday 🌃

Came in for lunch. Place was not too crowded. Our server was Ramika. She was very pleasant and asked her what she recommended? She said her favorite plate was the cajun shrimp pasta. Went with that and it was delicious!

Food was just ok. My $5 margarita was horrible. Bathrooms were filthy like literally sticking to the floor like its 2am at the nightclub the ONLY reason I gave 3 stars was because Dominique our waitress was the bomb! Great attitude, not her fault where she works isn't as good or clean as it use to be. However I won't be returning it's just filthy there now.

Service was good, despite having very limited staff. The manager was very informative and they made sure that we did receive what we asked for, and made the experience good. The food was good as well as filling..Good service.

Love the food here, although the service could improve, specially the host. Greeting people is important! But the drinks and food are very good.

Our food was great and our waiter Gan was AWSOME. I would come there again just to speak with him!

My parents & I ended up here on a busy Saturday night to celebrate my birthday. This was after stopping at two other restaurants with long wait times. We hadn't been here in years but I'm glad we did. We had a good time.

The experience was good. The server was nice. Food was fine.

There was no wait, we were seated right away in a place of our choosing. The young man, Tyler, who was our waiter was very attentive, but not to the point of being annoying which I was happy with. For instance, BEFORE our drinks ran out, he was there to check if we wanted another. However, he didn't hover....I hate when waitstaff hover. The food came out fresh & was delicious. Especially the salmon, & the main course came out at just the right time after the appetizer. Overall great food & service!

Came to get some of those All You Can Eat appetizers after seeing it on TV. It was a little busy so it took about 5 minutes or so to get seated. For $12 dollars you get an option of about 6 items that you can pick from one at a time, unfortunately due to the server going back & forth they add a service fee of about 12 dollars to your check at the end so we didn't leave a tip if they were already charging that much on the bill. The food was good, I got the chicken & shrimp cajun pasta, full plate. Everyone else got different kinds of boneless wings flavors, mozzarella sticks, & even gyoza.

Good food & good service.
