TGI Fridays

Food was good. Place was empty but service was soooo slow. Server was nice.

I can't even explain how badly the service was at this place. Nothing came out right, half of it didn't come out at all. My kids food was the last to come out and it was cold like it sat on the line waiting, even though I repeatedly asked servers to check on their food. I usually love Friday's, will never return to this one again. They did comp our bill so I am not looking for anyone to reach out to me on behalf of the company, just warning future customers.

Go anywhere else on international drive. ANYWHERE ELSE.Shame on the manager Christine. This is my second of two steaks that came out cooked incorrectly. The first one was actually so raw that the outside didn’t even have sear marks; it was purple throughout. This picture is of the second steak. It was cooked well done on the outside and the inside was rare (actually cold in the middle. I brought it to the attention of the manager. All she did was apologize. She didn’t offer to take the meal off the check even though this was the second try. Besides that, the food took forever to come out. We waited 45 minutes, and then another 25 for the second attempt to come out of the kitchen.

Terrible food was cold, waited over an hour to be seated, the hostest was very rude and had an attitude. The environment was dirty, the bathrooms smelled, and not kept up with. Overall im never going there again. Smh

Love TGI Fridays but this trip was different. Food and drinks took forever. I had shrimp and lobster alfredo which i had to request more sauce because it was dry. They did supplement us with a complimentary order of tortilla chips and salsa. Our server was great, very friendly, helpful and empathetic

What can I say came in last year was good. This year way down the scale food was unexpectedly bad sliders just warm. Loaded skins hard over done inedible. atmosphere ummm won’t be back in the near future ☹️☹️☹️☹️

we used to enjoy eating at Fridays. I don't know what happened to this company. We went on a Wednesday during non-busy hours. We waited 25 minutes to even be acknowledged. There was no host/hostess. When we finally got seated, we waited 30 minutes just to get a glass of water. The place was empty. There is no excuse for this. We got up and left and went next door to Subway. They lost our business. Never going back to this place. This was not the first time we had issues with service and staff.

Great food and service. Vince is the best so ask for him if possible.

Our waitress was super friendly, we just went for something light, bought one appetizers to share for two, ended up full. Great food and great service.

Three guys who is here on a conference and needed some food. We thought TGI Had some standard but this...well:Good: the food was good..Bad: didn’t get what we ordered, the food took almost 35 minutes, the drinks we ordered was forgotten by the waiter and the waiter put three guys in kids corner. Not coming here the next time I visit Orlando. Sorry to say, but this was not what I expected and not what other places has given us. Excepted more of a place with this branding..

Great experience everytime time I go

Extremely slow service and decent food. Servers seemed aloof and it unfortunately showed but they were nice in the least.

Great place, our server was top notch the food was great. Only thing that could have been better were the restrooms.

Waited 10 minutes for a table which, considering they were busy is fine. Another 15 minutes sat at the table while 2 other tables also joined... they both got served beforehand and still no one to be seen for our table. We eventually said something and about 5 minutes later someone came over and said she would be back shortly. Another 5 minutes she came back and said she had to serve some food and would be back... you can guess what came next. We left! Shocking service, no apology. The worst Fridays we have been too.
