Seated fairly quick - maybe 10m wait. Food came fast - very tasty chicken salad dish. And desert just crazy... no issues with the place, great location next to times square.

Burger meat was chewy. Drinks were pricey. Seafood sizzler was good. Overall ambience was nice. Situated at the heart of the city.

Should've kept walking pass this place😩Went there with a party of 9 absolutely the worse food I've ever eaten. Service very slow and food was horrible. Potatoe skins oily and hard as a rock, waiting for the time for our food to come out and the food was not hot. Lady behind us pulled a long hair out of her burger😩They served us our cold food and we sat and waited longer for forks and knives. So unbelievable our waitress then began to dispute with the guy who bought our cold food out In front of everyone seated so very unprofessional. By far the worst food and service . My family and I will never go to this Friday's again. So mad we spent over $250 and we were better off eating on the corner with dirty dogs. They put more effort into cooking then the chef's at fridays. They don't deserve the one star. More like a negative 1

The foods here are bad. Fires are dry and bad that I have ever had. Service is slow too

Great dinner in the centre of NY!

What a disappointment! Food was absolutely terrible. Ordered a steak medium rare and it was well done and then some! Our server was so slow and unmotivated. I could not believe we spent 80 dollars on such a bad experience...and that was our bill without drinks! If I could give 0 stars I would!

Soups was good but Petit for $9 . Mozz sticks very good. Service good also.

Food is terrible. Service is good and people are friendly. Everyone in my party of 9 did not like their food. Do not waste your money here.

I ate here for Father’s Day (evening) and the Manager (Leon I think) turned what could have been a terrible evening into a great one. My day had already been pretty stressful and after a rude interaction with a server, he immediately remedied the situation. He went above and beyond what was necessary and it literally made my day. Although I thought the prices were a tad bit high, I will return due to his intervention. 1 caveat, if you eat at Friday’s a lot and have the stripes card this may not be for you. I was unable to receive points or use points for my visit, but that was not an issue!

I eat at Fridays frequently when I travel, often in the Chicago airport. Here, in NYC, I stopped in for a quick salad. The service was fine, and it met all other expectations, but the salad seemed on the edge of the expiration date. Not enough to send back, but enough for me to ding the review.

TERRIBLE. Compared to other TGI Friday’s this is the worst by far. From the guy at the door to the bar staff, bad vibe, flat Prosecco and no care at all

Oh gosh, please just avoid!! We were late for our show because the service was so slow. The restaurant itself is so worn down and dirty. There are “hiring chefs” signs in the windows which should have tipped us off. When we finally got some of our food, it was so bad. We ordered just fried apps to share cause that kind of thing is usually hard to mess up. The potato skins were soggy with oil, like they had been dropped into a fryer with oil that wasn’t hot enough. The nachos has some sort of cold, chopped up chicken that some of us spit out. Thankful for the soft pretzels we ordered which seemed safe and we weren’t starving during the show. I often overlook one thing or another and tend to rate highly when you can tell the crew is trying. This was just an all around failure and really dampened the mood of our NYC evening.

Worst experience ever in NYC. The staff is extremely unkind, specially the mature man upstairs, astonishingly bad educated. Avoid if possible. There are other Fridays nearby, hopefully with better policy and better staff.

TGI Fridays used to be in our town and one of our favorite places to go to on a regular basis. All of them are out of business, so when we travel we hit them when we can. Tonight we decided there's no reason to go back to any of them. We just been disappointed with each visit. Tonight they weren't very busy at all and it took 25 minutes to take her order. It took 25 minutes to get our check pay the bill. Got our food and then had to wait for water and silverware. Waitress was nice but just unattentive. The location was not super clean.

Josie made our NYE experience in Times Square a great one!! She is outgoing and offers great customer service!
