Well worth the visit. €10 fifth a cowboy burger and fries. Good tasty food.

Good service and friendly environment for kids.

Things I liked:- Good, tasty American style food.- Great cocktails!Things I didn't like:- One of the waiters spilled a cocktail on the table, the floor and partially on my coat. He did not apologize or clean up the mess. Another member of staff had to help us to clean it all up.- Two medium stakes were more well done.- A lot of items on the menu were not available.- After being asked how we wanted to pay, the waiter forgot about us for 20 minutes until he suddenly and very visibly remembered (he looked at us and suddenly rushed to get the payment terminal)All in all we were pretty satisfied, but nothing more than that

This is the only location of this US chain in the Netherlands. Its genuine American food. Give it a try!

Good food. Lively atmosphere. Pork belly nachos was not what I expected. They were hard and crunchy. Strawberry lemonade was too sweet. But overall nice place to hang with some friends

Good environment, nice sitting area. Good looking. But the service is not that standard which we expected. Anyway we been there with together with my Dutch friend and her 7 years daughter. Food was good in test. Little expensive but ok compared to the place is ok so far.

Great place on a fantastic location, with a view on the main square of Utrecht central station or on the railway tracks on the other side. Food is simple, but nice. And the waiters are friendly.

My favorite restaurant ever! The waiters and bartenders were very helpful and explained the new electronic ordering system. Went there during Tuesday, when they have the rib special and was pleasantly surprised that for 16,5€ you can get unlimited ribs! The food and the drinks are phenomenal, therefore I 100% recommend everybody to go here! (especially during a rib special, haha)

As always with TGI, you know what to expect and consistent. This does look very nice for a TGI and service was outstanding.

They have good deals for lunch and the ipad is very handy to order. However, it took 45 minutes to get our food (burgers and tosti) and they don't have any fun things for the children, such as colouring or puzzles. Imagine waiting 45 minutes trying to entertain your hungry kids.

We were seated straight away after entering , waiter came after 5 minutes to order drink and later on meals. We were served very quickly by nice and polite waiters. Food was very tasty, well prepared. Desert was amazing. Place wasn't very loud neither crowded. Cosy atmosphere. We were happy and satisfied.
