TGI Fridays

The food took to long to come, when it did it wasn't hot and the sliders were burnt. The server didn't even let you finish asking your question before quickly moving on. The only good thing was that the healthier option (glazed salmon and veggies) was tasty.

Great service, great food, great atmosphere.

Visited this restaurant today after spending the morning at the Motorcycle show at the Javits Center. This is absolutely the WORST place I have visited. The bar staff was absolutely horrible. Ordered drinks and burgers for lunch. Well it took 30 minutes to be served our food. Our utensils and napkins were given to a couple sitting next to us who were leaving. Had to flag down the bartender to request napkins and utensils. Her reply was I just gave you your place settings and then realized she gave them to the couple next to us. She never did a follow up to see if things were okay nor did she see if we needed any other beverages. Absolutely horrible service. The business’ website states they honor Friday’s rewards. Yet they would not honor my rewards for a buy one entree get one free. Nor would they give me the double rewards points for December.

The food took EXTREMELY long, the steak and the portions where very, very small compared to the other two we went in Times Square etc..... The toilets are really dirty. The staff is rude and try to cover up for their own mistakes. This is definitely NOT A GOOD PLACE to eat in the city.

Went in for a late lunch and was very displeased with their polices. They cramp everyone into these small seating areas with the entire restaurant completely empty. Everyone is basically on top of each other. If you ask to move they say they cannot. Then they charge for extras such as blue cheese, when you order wings???? Mind you, my order was not a special price but full price. This franchise overcharges for the type of service/ policies they have. Not recommended. Better to go to a random bar for bar food then to eat here.

Nice place, Nice people, food is OK, we came in with a stroller and had to sit one the top floor(No elevator), located right across from MSG & Kmart, everything was too expennsice but this is New York, street food is the most cheap and has the best taste, would recommend going there

Nothing really special at this Friday's location. The service is adequate and the atmosphere is just okay... The food is as good as you expect from TGI Fridays but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again...

Although the food was good and the service was quick. The plates were dirty the Flatware was dirty.

It's always good food when I go. This one particular is more expensive than others because it's in a tourist area. Google told me it close at 12 but on week days it actually close at 10.

Horrible. Potatoe skins tasted old. And the whiskey chicken strips were actually nuggets, and they tasted old. Never again. Only giving a 1 star because it wouldn't accept zero

The Service was great! We had Wings and the Friday Big Ribs, very delicious! Visiting from Germany. Thank you for the Greta Service and food :)

The host was an old man, surprised because the host represents the place's vibe. I would have prefer a ghost instead of a rude individual. He looked like a manager more than a host. Sunday at 2 pm, poor overwhelmed bar tender. Her service considering the traffic was ok. The place's prices as always in midtown are quite high when it is just a another bar. The customer experience should be improved. Change that bold, unfriendly guy, looks like he hates his job anyway.

The food Is pretty good but it's too expensive. How can I pay at least $20 for a BURGER!!?!? If the prices were lower I'd definitely give 4 stars

Great food. Good service. Was very busy when we visited, soon realised why. Recommended.

Our waitress (I forgot her name, African american, long silky weave (I do hair), mole on her face and attractive. She was attentive and I watched her handle a disrespectful customer like a professional. The food was decent but the mojitos were better.
