Questions & Answers
Teriyaki beef, chicken, and salmon. It is served on a hot iron mini-skillet (on a wooden plank), with steamed veggies and rice. Like all entree's here, it includes miso soup and salad.
This is not your standard mini-mall teriyaki, from a counter and in a styrofoam box. This is a hand-crafted, expertly-prepared treat.
The salmon teriyaki, in particular, is the best salmon dinner in the Pacific Northwest. It is a sushi-grade salmon filet, with a light teriyaki glaze that accentuates the salmon, rather than drowning it in sugar and salt. It is perfect.
There are also other non-sushi options here. There are wok meals (General Tso's chicken, stir fry, etc.), fried rice, and more. But be advised, people travel from hundreds of miles away to eat the sushi here...
