This is a high-end sushi restaurant that is open from Ginza, Shimbashi, Yurakucho and Hibiya, and is open on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. We also have lunch and are full of overseas travelers. There is a private room on the second floor, which can be used for entertaining or anniversary dinners. We recommend pairing sake and sushi and wine and sushi as shops, and it seems that you can enjoy it with delicious appetizers and sushi.

Ask the server, what sequence you should eat the sushi and do learn to eat with your hands.Awesome and authentic sushi.

The material is fresh, and of course, the sea urchin is handful. Shari is also excellent. There was no difference in the lunch between the 5000 yen North Sea grip and the 15000 yen extreme grip, both were impressive. The wines are carefully selected and the sommelier will serve you at the right temperature.

I booked a reservation 30 minutes beforehand on Open Table and showed up 15 minutes early. The hostess and chef were beyond polite even though we only knew the word "arigato". We order the sushi omakase and some sake at a very fair price for this type of experience. The variety of fish was great - different than what you can get at even the much nicer places in the USA. The service, quality of fish, pace of the meal, and execution of the dishes were beyond excellent, even while serving other walk-in customers. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone looking for a quality sushi meal.

Top quality omakase. We had too many wonderful dishes to name them all. Chef Takahashi is friendly and talented, along with his staff. I usually don't like squid but his was tender and delicious. Red crab too. Fugu prepared three ways. Chawanmushi with wagyu, uni, and maitake mushrooms...

Incredible, authentic sushi dinner in Ginza and they take reservations on Open Table. Staff / service was super hospitable and everything we ate was delicious. We were able to walk right in and sit at the counter, but it's worth making a reservation if you plan to go during a popular time. It was a little hard to find because it's located on the lower level of a building and the sign is only in Japanese, but not bad at all. Really good find.

By far, the best meal i’ve had in Japan. Chef and staff are incredibly friendly and polite. The omakase was one delicious course after another, well worth the price in my opinion. Chef Terada was a wonder to watch. Will be coming back the next time i’m in Tokyo

Ordered 5000 yen course for lunch. Shari is good with red vinegar. In particular, the seafood seems to be from Hokkaido, and it is delicious without any bulkiness.

It is a sushi shop based around the story of Hokkaido. I think that it is good to try it because there is a pairing of sake.

Great time! I took my boyfriend here as a birthday lunch, we did the Omakase lunch with sake tasting to match - which didn’t disappoint. It definitely allows you to try things you normally wouldn’t, and honestly worth it. It is expensive; but recommend giving it a go if you’ve got the spare $$.
