We needed a late-night meal after a convention evening and this place was within walkable distance from the Washington convention center! The wait staff is amazing and know their food and alcohol pairings well! The food is great as well. We ordered the dishes family-style, as they suggested, and we not disappointed as the dishes looked small, but were very filling and flavorful. Definitely give the egg bread and the soup dumplings a try! The meats are cooked just right.Parking may be hard, so look for the nearest metro station (Mt. Vernon Sq/ Convention Center area).

Had a great experience! Went for brunch with a small group and really liked the warm atmosphere. Service was fast and attentive and the food was first rate. This place came recommended to us, and so I'm passing along the recommendation to you. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

Questions & Answers

Hi Jonathan! Thank you for reaching out. We serve very authentic Georgian dishes. In some cases the presentation is exactly what you would find in Georgia. In others, we have tweaked presentation a bit, but the core recipe would still be what you find in Georgia. And with a handful of dishes, we have taken traditional Georgian spices, ingredients, etc. and come up with our own house dishes that you may not find in Tbilisi or Batumi but which would not be out of place there. Chef Ani helps us make sure that anything we invent ourselves would make sense back home. Right now we do not have penovani, but we change up our menu periodically, so you might see it in the future. neighborhood is not the worst for street parking. However the nearest metro stop is only 10 minutes to ealk.

Nevermind thought was shoe brand

There are vegetarian options available.

Mt Vernon Square metro is about a 5 minute walk. Check PandaParking for the nearby garages.

I think your best bet is to take a taxi ( so you can enjoy the tasty Georgia wines), though i do remember seeing on street parking nearby.
