Welcome to Sunset Cantina! Here you will find an impressive 38 beers on tap and over 200 tequilas. Join our beer and tequila club and take advantage of flight samples, vintage and new beers, seasonals, meads, cider and Boston's best margarita! The bar is open and serving until 2 AM every evening except Saturday. Our extensive menu is served late, and includes Boston's award-winning steam beer burgers and famous curly fries, original buffalo wings and giant nachos. Still hungry? Bartenders were cool, draft selection was great. Food was mediocre at best. It was a Sunday night and the restaurant seemed to be lacking staff in the dining room.

I went there for the first time and I was so disappointed. I got to the restaurant around 10:30pm & asked one of the bartenders for a food menu to order an appetizer. He told me, “the kitchen is close because it’s a slow night not too many people in here today.” That’s pretty outrageous if you ask me when they close at 2am and deney a customer food but yet you can offer a drink to them? Terrible!

Went for trivia night, which was fun. The atmosphere was good and the friends I was with enjoyed their food. I ordered the veggie enchiladas and was sorely disappointed. I got two half dry tortillas wrapped around some onions. What sauce there was I could have sworn was basically marinara heated up with cayenne pepper. It was served with a side salad on a hot plate which half cooked the lettuce - no rice and beans :/ some of the worst Mexican food I've had in Boston (which is really saying something)
