Sunny Poke

What a nice, tranquil and delicious place to grab something fresh and healthy to eat and seat outdoors. One more great addition to our neighborhood! Kudos to the smiley and friendly staff :)

This place is almost worth the price. Yes the combinations of ingredients in the poke bowl are interesting. But you get very little fish for 15$ and poor seating options. It’s disappointing when a poke bowl is all about the fish and in Hawaii you get huge cubes of fish that match the quantity of rice. Here the taste of fish is overwhelmed by the taste of everything else and the sweet sauce they add. It should be much better, but all in all It’s nice to have a low budget seafood option on the beach. Better off making your own poke at home.

Incredibly fresh good quality fish. And generous portion! Best poke joint I’ve found on the east coast hands down. Don’t doubt your decision. Order. You will be happy.
