Steak 'n Shake

The waitress has nice & friendly. The burger patties were thinking. I had 3 patties and it still was thin. The banana-strawberry side by side, was good.

Was avoided by two servers, one finally came and took our order. She was very nice. But we should not have waited that long.

Anymore steak and shake is not a pleasant experience. And that's all locations. Always dirty and poor service.

The hamburgers are always hot and fresh. The place is clean. I dont think it gets the traffic that it used to so seems a bit understaffed. One waitress for entire restaurant which can make service slow which is not the servers fault. The fries are not always as fresh as the burger. If all my food was hot consistently id be more willing to give a higher rating.

What a delicious burger and great atmosphere. So relaxing comfortable and did I say the food is delicious? A great great value for your money

Very good service. Only "good" food. I've been here before and had better quality food. Manager was berating a cook while we were paying. Better to take someone aside and let them know what you expect than to subject customers to the reprimand in my opinion.

Extremely slow, and not worth the money. This is definitely not the place to go for a steak or a shake. They don't even sell steak, and my shake was more like milk. I ordered an Oreo shake and received milk that someone had dipped in Oreo in. My burger was completely soggy due to the amount of juice in the wrapper, even though I ate it immediately after receiving it. Too expensive for the quality of food you receive. Will not be returning.

Went through the drive-thru. They were slow as usual and forgot to put the coleslaw and cookie in all three of the 4 for $4 meals. I did not notice until we got home so I tried calling three and they never answered... Just a recording saying both lines were busy and to try again later. I called the corporate number and at least they answered but still waiting 6 days later for a resolution call back from "upper management" as promised. I really don't know why this location hasn't closed yet from its bad customer service.

Our server was great, but a bit scattered. Didn't give a couple food items, forgot the cookies and part of our meals. This is common here, along with slower than usual service.

Ordered a Double Bacon Cheeseburger and received every other part of my order correctly except that. A very Bacon Crumbs and NO Cheese...Seriously???? Not the first time the drive thru has messed Our order up.

There is way to many beans in their chili. My best advice is to stick with sandwiches and shakes

A new breakfast experience. I was rather surprised to see they made a fairly good breakfast plate for a reasonable price. The waitress was also friendly and suggesting the better meal choices. I was pleasantly surprised with their breakfast prices and selection. I may start having breakfast there every once in a while. I am hoping the next time I stop in to award a 5 star rating.

Not impressed. Wanted to get the 4 dollar combo with chili and they didn't even mention they were out of chili and was going to just go ahead and put coleslaw in its place and not even tell me. Had to find out from another employee? Now this isn't the first time either. It seems whatever I'm after there is always something they don't have. Two times I came in for the chili mac or whatever and they were out of chili and another time I came just for shakes for the family and they were out of milkshake materials or whatever the lady said and one night I ordered my food online about 1030pm and went to get it at 10:55pm and they guy at the door said they were closed? I told him I placed an order online and I'm here to pick it up. He said he couldn't help me cause the kitchen has been shut down. So I didn't get my order. The colerain location sucks too. So the forest park one would be the one to go to only it's about 20 to 25 minutes from me.

Crowded but very good food and maybe a little more touch ups with the bathroom

Food was great! Ordered take out. Gayle was not only sweet and very polite, she provided great customer service and made sure I was happy.
