Ventured away from their always delicious burgers today and tried the spicy chicken sandwich. I think it is now my favorite. Worth the wait.

We love Steak and Shake and its a cheap meal for our family of 5 but the service here is just not good. Usually wait forever for waitress to come get drink order then takes forever to get food. Usually don't see waitress again. This time was no exception. If you go, be prepared to wait for a while!

Slow service. Expect to wait for everything. To be seated,to get drinks, food. Conserve your drink because you won't be getting refills.

I've only ever had 1 misdone order, and they did refund my money. Sorry you had a bad experience.

I would suggest if you are in the market for shakes to go during happy hour. They are half off on weekdays from 2 to 5. It comes out to about 2.14 with tax.

Same thing happened to me at the wendies on the other side of the highway. Sometimes you're just SOL
